I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavioral Health Program Therapist at Mariposa Community Health Center. I hold a Master’s in Counseling (MS, LAC) and provide a compassionate, culturally responsive approach to therapy. My clinical work integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with advanced training through the AZEFT Externship, focused on strengthening emotional bonds and relational healing. I am a Certified Grief Professional (CGP) and hold specialized certification in Exposure-Based Therapy for OCD and Anxiety Disorders. I work primarily with individuals and couples, supporting clients in navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. I serve teens, adults, and older adults, both in person and via telehealth. As a bilingual therapist, I am dedicated to serving BIPOC populations and interfaith or culturally blended couples, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that fosters resilience, connection, and growth.
