SUMMARY:Clinically Brilliant\, Ethically Current: Ethics Updates for Modern Practice
DESCRIPTION:Updates\, risks\, and realities every modern clinician should know.\n\n\nABOUT THE WORKSHOP \nEthics codes and board rules may not change often\, but when they do\, the updates have a way of arriving right around the time you thought you finally had everything figured out. This workshop explores the updated AAMFT Code of Ethics\, proposed revisions to the ACA Code of Ethics\, recent AZBBHE rule changes affecting Arizona licensees\, key findings from the Third Edition of the Counselor Professional Liability Exposure Claim Report\, and the rapidly evolving ethical considerations surrounding the use of AI in mental health practice.
